As a reference of our experience, we have dealt successfully with many
important cases in all our fields of legal practice by example;
-In the Criminal litigation field; recently, we have defended the family of the victim of a murder of a British woman in Orihuela confirming the Supreme Court our proposed sentence for the murderer. In the last case heard in the High Court of Alicante (Audiencia) about an important Fraud committed by some builders on many British families in Elche that has recently appeared in the Spanish media Court has confirmed the sentence for the promoters. In a case at the National High Court in Madrid (Audiencia Nacional) we have obtained a reduced sentence of three quarters less than the Public Attorney petition and jail release for the defendant, and, many others satisfactory outcomes at the Criminal Courts and High Province Courts regarding minor drug cases, aggressions, damages, rape, etc.
-In the Civil Litigation field, we have been successful in many cases regarding Cancellation of contracts, Financial compensations, Damages, Bank products, Family matters, Inheritances, etc.
-Also and in the Local/State Government litigation, we have won cases for houses legalization, against demolitions or fines, etc. The same applies to the rest of legal practice areas where we have obtained important positive results.
As you can see, we do have cases in all Courts and Tribunals of Spain, including the Regional Superior Courts, especially in Valencia, and Audiencia Nacional or Supreme Court both in Madrid.
