OUR MONTHLY RETAINER AGREEMENTS.

For the best convenience and lesser cost for your Company, we would like to offer to you our Companies monthly

retainer agreement service. This service will help you to get complete legal advice for your Company just paying a short

and reasonable monthly fee. A regular Monthly Retainer Agreement would include the following legal services;

· Complete advice prior to your Company constitution; Business Plan with financial viability report, etc.

· If your Company has not been yet established then, all the legal formal proceedings for its constitution.

· Legal advice in all your Civil, Commercial, Employment, Local/State Government and Society issues.

· Preparation and revision of all Civil, Commercial and Employment contracts.

· Preparation and revision of contracts with the Authorities, licenses applications, etc.

· Out of Court complaints.

· Out of Court negotiations with debtors, solvency investigations, etc.

· Voluntary Companies Liquidation process advice.

According to our Monthly retainer agreement, Lawyers defence in Court processes are excluded but will be provided with

a deduction of 35% of the official fees table of the Alicante Bar’s Association rules for fees. Court fees, Court service

officer (Procurador) fees and/or other professionals fees also excluded.

Monthly payment will be agreed taking in account the Company income, number of employees, etc.

Length of Contract; 1 year (negotiable).

Also, we do offer a special retainer agreement when legal activity will be mainly the negotiation of debts as to

Communications Companies, Insurance Companies, etc.
