Q.- I have received my HC or Habitation Permission (second occupancy licence) should I register it?
A.- The Registration of the HC, in accordance to the text of the HC itself, is a mandatory requirement from Catral authorities. However, to have the HC registered at the Land registry will only bring benefits to you; the Registration of the HC will not only make your HC valid for the TH, will also guarantee to you that everyone will know that your house is having it (potential purchasers, authorities, etc) and the most important, that no more files will be opened against it (unless you are building any new items).
Q.- I have brought a Petition asking my pending files to be closed, for how long would it take?
A.- It is not possible to calculate time scales as once the petition and documents are lodge then, it does not depend on you/us and sadly, Lawyers can do nothing to speed it up, nevertheless, we have already received a decision from Valencia (positive) so hopefully, the rest will be coming in the next few weeks/months.
